Change Your Registered Email Address

Need to change the email address you use to log in to the Town Creek website? Follow these steps to add your new email address and remove the old one.

 

  1. Log in to the Town Creek website. At the top of the page, click your name where it says “Logged in as [your name].”
  2. Select the Access tab. Scroll down below the Town Creek image and click Access.
  3. Find “Link Other E-mails to This Account.” Enter your new email address and your current password, then click Send Invite.
  4. Check your new email address. Open the invitation email and click the link. You’ll be asked to create a password for the new email address. It can be the same password you currently use.
  5. Remove your old email address, if desired. Log in using your new email address, return to your Account Profile and remove the old login email.

 

 

How to Manage Your Membership Auto-Renewal

Automatic renewal makes it easy to maintain your Town Creek Neighborhood Association and Crime Watch memberships year after year without having to remember to renew manually.

You can turn automatic renewal on or off, or update your payment information, at any time through your Town Creek account.

 

To manage your Auto-Renew settings:

  1. Log in at www.towncreeklakehighlands.com.

  2. Click your name at the top of the homepage.

  3. Select the Membership tab to view your current memberships.

  4. Find the membership you wish to manage and click Edit.

  5. Select whether you want to enable or disable Auto Renew. You can also update your credit card information here.

  6. Click Update to save your changes.

Auto Renew is a convenient way to keep your membership active each year without having to renew manually.

Get Town Creek Text Alerts

 

Town Creek can send important neighborhood news and updates by text message. You must opt in to receive texts; Town Creek administrators cannot opt in for you.

 

  1. Log in to the Town Creek website.
  2. Click your name at the top of the page.
  3. Select Communication Settings from the menu below the Town Creek logo.
  4. Under Announcements, check Text.
  5. Make sure your cell phone number is entered, then click Save.

Want text alerts but not announcement emails? Uncheck Email under Announcements. You’ll still receive Town Creek newsletters and other emails.
